SmartPay Plans** (Enrollment period is July - October)

SmartPay is designed to smooth out your monthly budget. By anticipating your annual heating fuel costs and service plans we can spread the payments over a longer period of time. There are no additional fees for this service. We put money in your pocket by providing you a discount on the price of fuel. This eliminates more big bills during the holiday season when energy costs are high and other expenses are heavy. With a SmartPay Plan, you pay the same amount each month at the same time each month for 11 months.

Besche Oil sends you a statement and you pay with a check.

The funds are automatically transferred (with your authorization) from your bank account to your Besche Oil account on the 10th day of each month for 11 months. For your record keeping, we will send you a monthly statement. Your bank statement will show a record of the payment made each month.

Auto-Pay - Credit/Check Plan*

Pay for Besche Oil services without ever lifting a finger - save time and postage and never miss a bill! The convenient Auto-Pay Plan automatically pays for your invoices by debiting your bank account or charging your credit card. Once authorized, all future payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card. An invoice will be mailed along with a receipt of payment. The bank or credit card statement will reflect date of payment. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Call our customer service representative and ask for the Auto- Pay option.

Security Deposit Account*

The Security Deposit Account allows you all the privileges of a charge account with Automatic Delivery and Service Plans on your heating and air conditioning equipment as well as the Ceiling Price Protection. This program is for the person who does not have sufficient credit history, but prefers automatic delivery and cannot be home to pay the delivery man. The deposit amount is determined by the tank size and the current price of heating oil.

Payment at Time of Service

Fuel or service will be provided if you either prepay or pay at time of service with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards.

You can now pay for your delivery or service over the phone without the use of a credit card! We have a free service that allows us to duplicate your check over the phone and process it like your regular check. No postage to pay or checks to write!
