Annual Tune-Up & Inspection

All units must be inspected at the same time to get the reduced additional unit price. The scheduling of the annual tune-up is the customer's responsibility. (See General Conditions, paragraph 3)

For residential units up to 200,000 BTUs

Help ensure that your system operates efficiently during the season.
Clean and adjust the burner, oil motors, vacuum heat exchanger where accessible, clean chimney base if accessible, install new oil burner nozzle, new oil filter cartridge and new oil burner pump strainer. Each additional unit at the same location will be done at the same time.

Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our prevailing rates. Call for an appointment Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Heating

Clean and adjust the burner, oil motors, vacuum heat exchanger, clean chimney base, if accessible, install new oil burner nozzle, new oil filter cartridge, new oil burner pump strainer. Check combustion efficiency if applicable.

Air Conditioner or Heat Pump

Clean evaporator coil, condenser coil, condensate drains, check air temperature across evaporator and condenser, contactors, relays, compressor and refrigerant pressure and filters; inspect wiring, pulleys and belts, system safety devices and air handling unit, test for proper voltage, check vibration and noise; lubricate bearings and motors.

Labor Coverage & Replacement of the following (which may need replacing due to normal wear):

oil burner nozzle
oil burner pump strainer
oil filter cartridge

Replacement parts NOT listed will be charged at our prevailing rates.

Terms of this document apply to all Tune-ups or Inspections starting or renewing during:
July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY: Customers may sign up for automatic home heating oil or K 1 kerosene delivery. They may elect to enroll in the Ceiling Price Plan, which guarantees the lowest possible prices during the season. Home heating oil delivery is available to Southern Maryland, Charles, Prince Georges, St. Mary's, and Calvert Counties.

EXPERT QUALITY SERVICE: Besche Oil offers competitive service rates for heating oil, K 1 kerosene, hybrid and HVAC systems while allowing the flexibility of partial hour billings. Service is provided on heating and cooling equipment, including Trane, Carrier, and Honeywell. Quality service is provided for almost any brand of oil and electric hot water heaters.

EXPERT INSTALLATION: Besche Oil Company installs and services a wide variety of heating and air conditioning equipment. Factory-trained service technicians design and install energy efficient and environmentally responsible heating and cooling systems.
