All units must be inspected at the same time to get the reduced additional unit price. The scheduling of the annual tune-up is the customer's responsibility. (See General Conditions, paragraph 3)
For residential units up to 200,000 BTUs
Help ensure that your system operates efficiently during the season.
Clean and adjust the burner, oil motors, vacuum heat exchanger where accessible, clean chimney base if accessible, install new oil burner nozzle, new oil filter cartridge and new oil burner pump strainer. Each additional unit at the same location will be done at the same time.
Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at our prevailing rates. Call for an appointment Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Clean and adjust the burner, oil motors, vacuum heat exchanger, clean chimney base, if accessible, install new oil burner nozzle, new oil filter cartridge, new oil burner pump strainer. Check combustion efficiency if applicable.
Clean evaporator coil, condenser coil, condensate drains, check air temperature across evaporator and condenser, contactors, relays, compressor and refrigerant pressure and filters; inspect wiring, pulleys and belts, system safety devices and air handling unit, test for proper voltage, check vibration and noise; lubricate bearings and motors.
